 Being spoiled by the customer service in USA often times I find it difficult to understand the way businesses operate in other parts of the world. In this sense Sofia Property Services, LTD run by Yasen Gabrovski was a very pleasant exception from this general rule and my experience with Yasen was highly positive.

I came across Sofia Property Services, LTD while searching on the web for a Property Management company that would take care of my apartment in Sofia.  I was considering multiple firms and Yasen came out as an absolute winner based on the business proposal and initial interaction. It never happened to me to have a second thought about my choice of Sofia Property Services. As a manager Yasen constantly maintains high level of business conduct while making all interactions easy going and productive.

Besides great customer service skills Yasen has a good grasp on business side of the deal. He has a clear vision of how to get the best outcome out of real life situation. All business advices he provided proved to be valuable and benefited my business if taken into account.

Working with other management companies I learned how important it is to be able to anticipate problems before they arise. Yasen seems to have great deal of experience and good intuition that keep him on top of things and help him operate proactively.

One of the most important things I observed working with Sofia Property Services is that Yasen plays business game fairly being motivated to protect the best interest of his clients as the first priority. This is a recipe for success as it helps to develop a sense of trust between business and client which is contributing enormously to the mutual success of both parties.
